How we eat changes what fuel we burn: metabolic efficiency

Many of us wonder if we are eating properly and what we should be eating.


Keep in mind that one of the things we are trying to do in our training is to promote fat as a fuel source for our efforts: the more fat we can burn when riding the more sugar, a limited fuel source, we have to left use when it most matters.


This book provides practical ideas about how to change your eating to promote fat burning in your riding. The author, Bob Seebohar, has found that your diet can have a bigger impact on the fuel you use in your riding than training itself.
