Zwift: adjusting your trainer difficulty

The trainer difficulty will determine how much you feel the changes in gradient in Zwift. We suggest 75% as a good starting point where you will get a good experience. Too high a difficulty and the changes in gradient become very sharp. Too low a difficutly and you don't get any acceleration on the downhills, removing your chance to take micro breaks when riding on a course.


Try 75% and adjust from there as you need to.
