This video will show you how to pair your trainer, and if you have one your power meter, with Zwift. The same steps apply for pairing your heart rate monitor.
If you do have a power meter on your bike we want that to be paired as the power source in Zwift. In this way your power data will be consistent whether indoors or out.
This is something we want as no two power meters are the same. The more consistent your power data the more relevant is your analysis of the training data.
