Reading and using a structured workout

Take the time to read the structured workout before loading it into Zwift and hopping on the bike. Zwift won't communicate the notes and wattage ranges that the workouts are often built with.
The structured workouts are a great tool, but don't feel that they are set in stone and to be followed 100%. You should still apply your zones and perception to each workout, making it your own.
